On Saturday 6th March Headley FC are holding a race night at the club.
* Tickets are £1 each and restricted to the first 100 (children
welcome provided they are accompanied by an adult).
* There are 8 races with 8 horses in each.
* Horses can be bought for £10 each, owners can choose a name
providing its done before the 20th Feb.
* Prizes for winning horses
* Tote going throughout the evening
* Individual races: Sponsors for each race are sought at £25 per race
* Programme to be printed by 20th Feb.

Corné Tour 2010.
Following on from a successful linking between Headley Youth F.C and AFC Corne, we have been invited once again to take over a team of young players from the Club to take part in a Football Match as part of the twinning weekend between the two communities.
For those of us who took part in the last trip two years ago it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience . We stay with French families and have a full weekend of which the football match is just a part. Although speaking French is an advantage it is not neccesary as we are looked over really well by our hosts . For the players hopefully it will be something that will stay with them for a lifetime. The football match is treated like a Champions League final.
We will be travelling on the evening of the 28th May and returning home on the 31st May (Bank Holiday) and although costs at the moment are still to be decided it will be no more than £70.00 per head . It is hoped that this can be reduced through fundraising. We ask that players are chaperoned and if families would like to go or extra siblings then thats great. The weekend is available to all age groups.

Here at Headley we are always looking at having a bit of adventure. In June 2010 (date will be a Sunday) we are having a Charity Tandem Skydive with the proceeds going to the football Club. Details of where we are going can be found at www.londonskydivingcentre.com . It should be a wonderful day and a fantastic experience .
